Fall is in full effect in Philadelphia, and this weekend celebrates the season with major festivals, dining events, neighborhood happenings and so much more.
On Saturday, Bloktoberfest brings a solid set of music (featuring Chill Moody!), craft beer, food trucks to the Graduate Hospital neighborhood, on Sunday, the first-ever Old City Fest celebrates DesignPhiladelphia with art vendors, food and plenty of alfresco good times, and all weekend, The Oval hosts a County Fair complete with a Ferris wheel, cider and wine garden, food trucks, movie screenings and more.
For those looking to shop, Franklin Flea returns for one last outdoor market this fall — browse goods from a variety of excellent local vendors.
Plus, this weekend is a long one thanks to Columbus Day. There are plenty of special events slated for Monday, too.
